Anybody have any input on the best way to go about covering this box?

This is what it should look similar to, except my subs wont be recessed and it doesn't have that extra little lip that you see on the far end of the box:

I have 2 rolls of 3'x6' carpet that I'm using. I'm just kinda stuck on how to pattern it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hmm, I say just lay the face of the box first and fold back what you can around the top and sides cutting a slit on the step up for the middle of the box. then fill in the left over probably like a triangular piece. one suggestion for gluing the fabric is don't just use spray adhesive. Use a contact cement on the box, the stuff that comes in a mini paint can, and the spray adhesive on the fabric. works good, if the the fabric is thick, use a lot of contact cement. That stuff dries hard unlike the spray adhesive.

That lip on the edge might help you hide the edges and make it easier.
