im lookin for the brake bypass code for this screen i have the one for the 9511s and unno if it is the same, im lookin to get it and when i do i want to be able to bypass it before i have it installed

Of topic but how is that deck? Im considering buying the same one. I heard that the power output wasnt the best. Whats your opinion on it. Thanks...

im runnin the 9511 and love it i want the 9512 for bluetooth but ive have the 9510 and 9511 and love them

just ground the wire and it will bypass the code

the 9511 and up ones wont work trust me tried it wont work at all

should be the same as 9511

We have had warranty issue after warranty issue w/ Jensen. Beware

Just my opinion, those Jensen Sceens dont even make good paperweights. I worked at a stereo shop a few months ago that but those out as an entry level screen. I would say over half came back with problems reading discs, motorization getting stuck or jambed, or just bad noise through its outputs. then our distributor gave us a run around for warrantee work, our manager bent over backwards trying to make people happy, but bottom line.... JUNK!!!
The bypass, which is illegal for a shop to perform is to ground the brake wire through a switch and that switch must be toggled off,on,off... it takes like 2-3 seconds before video comes on. this "hokey Pokey" has to be done every time the ignition is turned off. do yourself the favor and ditch that deck off on one of you friends!!! for a few more bucks you could have had an older pioneer avic unit
