Should your bars be parallel at ride hight or parallel all the way on the ground?

im guessing u are talking about a triangulated four link and with that said u want ur bars to be as close to parallel to the ground at ride height as possible for the best ride quality...that and bag placement.

no not ride height its at half travel look on here bio max did a post on it a couple of months ago

So i should mount the top bag bracket level when the frame is all the way on the ground tho right. Because the lowers wont be parallel when its laying frame. (IM bagging on the bars) And yes triangulated 4-link. Or should i angle it.

I understand the degrees on the drive shaft at ride height , but what about the about the bars should they be at a certain degree at ride height thats where im lost thanks

I try to keep things close to parallel to the ground at half travel. I posted once in a different thread about the bars being parallel to the ground at ride height, but in sticking to an i.c. not all of the bars can be parallel to the ground. As long as the i.c. is somewhere out towards the grille and the bars are parallel(ish) to the ground at ride height, the system should work really well. If you are forced to use short bars you will need to do a little more figuring, but just to stay safe.

you should set your bars up at half travel. most negative effects will be minimized by doin so.

you should set the upper bag bracket up after the fourlink is fully welded and tested for binding. then jack the rear end up so that the truck will be laying out on whatever wheel/tire combo you wish. make sure the bags are fully collapsed and even.

what kind of bags are u running? If they are slams then just get a piece of 2x3 (becuz slams collapse 2.9 inches) and tack it to ur lower bar bag bracket and jack the rear end up and measure the bottom of the tire and the bottom of the lowest part of ur frame rail then tack ur upper bag bracket onto the side of them frame...
