size rim and tire

got a 01' Ranger, getting a new frame built for it with a toyota front clip and a toyota independent rear suspension. I'm wanting to run 22's on it and not sure what wheel size with offset and tire size i can run on it.Not finding many 22 x 8.5 wheels. Might be able to go to a 22 x 9.5 but what tire goes with that? need help and ideas.

265/35/22 or a 305/30/22 if you go with the wider 22
