the front of my car has hydros on it with accumulators mounted on the pump My question, Is there a way to make it ride better its a little stiff can i mabee move the accumulators also noticed the schrader valve on them to me it seems like i could let some nit. out but that seems way to easy any help app.

Ive allways ran a slowdown valve inline before my accumulators, that way i can adjust how much of accumulator is used, its allways seemed that it affected the ride at different settings on the valve, so i have to assume you could possibly do this to help you out.

Some people run the accumulators directly off their cylinder at each wheel.....alot argue that it improves the ride quality, but ive never noticed a difference.

thanks taylor i ll give it a try

i have another option for you.

black magic hydraulics sells a larger volume accumulator, their roughly double the size of a normal accumulator, they say that they help alot. I think most of your problem is that your car dosetn weigh that much.....so double the volume may not help alot.

drop the pressure ran in your accumulators should help alot tho.

hope that helps some too

Accumulator fill fittings from Prohopper let you adjust the psi in the bladder, so you can fine tune it to where you like your ride firmness.........

i wonder how mush psi are in them the came from cool cars
jeebus @ mmw   +1y
500psi

If they came from cool cars they should have 300psi in them. Same ones I got. If it rides stiff you can just let a little nitrogen out to adjust it accordingly till you get it where you want.

Last time I called CCE (couple months ago) i'm pretty sure they told me that they get 350 psi.

you might also need to change the orifice size on the accumulator. the Cv of the orifice throttles fluid flow and can effect ride quality as well.
