sup guys.. i have a 94 chevy dually and i shaved the tailgate handle and the 5 light holes on the gate also well it warp a little like from were i welded the filler to all the way down is in like 1/8..ok whats the best way to fix it can i drill holes and pull it with a dent puller then weld the holes up also some spots the welding wire went thru the gaps and i cant take those out.....also i can put seam sealer to the filler of the handle but i cant reach all of the other lil patches...guide me with all these things thanks

well if you weld up the holes from where you pull the metal out its only gonna warp more. i leave the holes and let the bondo fill em in or u can use a stud gun so there will be no holes...

use the stud gun and pull them out then you can use just a slight bit of bondo.thats the best way

yea it will be nice but i dont have one so i have to work with what i have... does shhet metal allways warp?

sheet metal warps when it gets too hot, u should tack, let it cool for a while...but often it still will warp some

metal warps, no matter how it is welded. when metal is heated up, it expands, when it cools back down, it always contracs more than it expanded. it can be controlled to a point, but there is no way around it warping unless you tig it and hammer it.
