Im sure that you could but it would probably amount to alot of cutting. And of course their is the transfer case that will get into the way when you go to lay it out. Can I ask why you would wnat to do this ?

Don't really want/need to do it, I was just curious if anyone has done it. Just thought it would be cool to see or do.

There are some kits that you can (by AIM http://www.truckin.com/)use because your issue is the drive shafts for the front wheels. Also clearance is a problem because of the transfer case. As justin said, it will be ALOT of cutting if you want to lay frame. Most likely have to Z the frame and raise the hood and push back the fire wall. The front axles will be interesting to have to get around. I've seen people fab some hoops that weld to the frame and go up to about where the top of the engine is and then create a type of airbag/strut or bag the upper arm instead of the lower arm like they do with the front wheel drive cars.
