or just take that step off and lay it out

You would rather repaint, re-insert rims, and all that instead of just brushing the primer out?-rj

well my intention was to do a nicer chop, maybe doa complete one or something, i wasnt thinking of just paibnt, was thinking of bigger rims, different rims, chop top, paint ec.
