I had my Boyd Coddington Smoothie Twos made up for my Scion xB and it's 4x100. I spoke to Bonspeed, Intro, Budnick, Centerline, and Boyd (American Racing) and they all had a few that they could do up as a 4 lug. Just make some phone calls or send some emails. They should get back to you.
