What do i use to make a design or logo in my bed, My buddy is doing a spray in bed liner for me but has never done a design before...

You can make it out of plexiglass or metal. Secure it to the bed, and spray over it. I have done it a few times and it looks great.

Do i just set it in and then my buddy spray over it or do i have to seal it down?

use JB weld or liquid nails. You just need it to hold until the bed liner material is shot over it. If you use plexi, make sure you scuff it up with a scotch pad so the material has something to bond to. You should also scuff it if it is metal. I would suggest you scuff your entire bed so it looks good for a long time.

Be careful with plastics...depending on the bedliner brand the solvents could affect, or even melt the plastic design, I would use some sort of epoxy to hold it down, like 15 cure from system 3...
