What Is It? FrankenCab?

Well, I got this truck from a friend of mine. I have no idea what it is other than a 1986 Toyota Turbo. It has this fiberglass frankencab and frame extension that I have never seen before and haven't been able to find anything out about. Anyone have any info on this or, better yet, anyone want it - make me an offer. Its rusted but the frame is still pretty solid. Runs/Drives/4WD works but the truck needs brake lines. It only has 117k on it but leaks/burns oil. Not trying to turn this into a classified post, I'd mainly like to get some info on this thing, but I'd also like to find it a nice home. I need it out of here and don't want to crush it.

what are you trying to get for it and does it run

As stated in my original post (it should answer most questions) it Runs/Drives/4WD works. I can't see it being worth more than $400.

would look cool (and odd) layed out HARD on maybe a lengthened yota frame of that year.

That frame is lengthened about 18". You can see where the cut it and added a section for that cab. Someone in Western PA has got to want this thing. I need it out of here.

The cab was probably done by one of the RV conversion companys that used to make motor homes out of the 1 ton Toys. The side windows have an RV look to them. Its kinda sad that something lkike that happened to one of the coveted factory turbo trucks though. Good luck with your sale, hopefully a good home will find it.
