ANL is the only way to go if it's on your power wire. That's the only thing I have seen out of shops, on show installs, on comp cars, on anything. They obviously put them there for a reason.

anl is the best fuse to use. I have seen glass fuses fail without the filament breaking. They don,t handle high currents as well as the ANL do. If you are runninng just an 800a2 use a 100 amp ANL. If you are running more amps on the same wire, use the 200amp.And make sure to use the proper gauge wire for your needs. The bigger, the better.

i am using 0 guage from the batt to the amp.

Then use the ANL. Glass fuse holders only come in 4 gauge. And are only 80 amps max.

use a circuit breaker if your gunna go over 100amps... to risky to run fuses
