We wanted to post in response to your "Rise to Glory thread" as you called it. Have you ever wondered why 2 different shops have had issues with the same person? Maybe its not the truck that was the issue. Especially since your best friend (my levl) had work completed by us and had no issues or complaints of our work or ethics at our shop and even wanted to get more work done up until YOU decided to pull your truck. Even when you took your truck to Gator Drag in April it was because we had fixed a lot of the issues it had from picking your truck up from the other shop in January. You were so happy with the work you brought the truck back to us to have more stuff completed on it. Even after you had pulled your truck from our shop you called us back within days saying you shouldn

Half up front half when done is the way to go, but i always just bring money when i have it for my truck if my trucks done or not, otherwise i'll spend it on other shit i dont need

Sucks, but i would be pissed too if no progress gets made. some shops can bust out a ride in no time for SEMA but when its other shit it takes much longer

The way I do it is, I let the customer bring me all the parts or provide me the funds for the parts up front. Then after the truck is completed they can pay me the labor. If they don't pay then they don't pick their truck up. It sits in my driveway until they have the cash. Upfront money makes people lazy. Were all in this to make money, if we get the money without having to do the work then what's the motivation to get it knocked out. Just my .02

come on guys, lets not bring me into this, i just got my door panels painted. i only asked for custom work i knew yall could handle. no way would i ask yall to build me a complete show truck. not saying that yall cant, but all the excuses and missed deadlines are nothing but a turn off.

as people, i think yall are all cool ass guys, but as business men and as a man of your word, you are a failures. plain and fuckin simple. i was there damn near every time justin was soaking up all the babbling bullshit coming from yalls camp and i was very amazed by the shit that was getting said.

the only shop i have ever dealt with on a full custom suspension basis was bncoffroad in pasadena texas and they are the only shop i will ever vouch for when it comes to holding up their end of the deal.

the fact is that you received damn near full fuckin payment and presented justin with not one god damned finished product. its sad that you still act like its all his fault. in your explanation above you fail to address why it took your shop 10 months to weld on a 12" piece of bracing on that frame.

hell, in that amount of time i could have walked to california, taken welding lessons from someone of the likes of jesse james, jimmy shine, etc. then walked back. picked up enough cans along the side of 45 to trade in for some scrap metal and built my own fuckin frame.

the final assesment of this situation is that you got paid, your mortgage got paid, you screwed atleast two people i know out of 7-10k, and you are able to sleep at night knowing it.

I presume this whole "deal" is in writing and you could just presumably settle it in court?

Thats the problem, no one gets ANYTHING in writing anymore.

I hope to see this on Judge Judy soon.
