275/25R24 Tires HELP!!!

Anyone running a 275/25r24 ? I do not drive my truck often but i will drive 8 hours to shows. Im running 20s now but i want to get 24's. I dont think a 30 series will fit once i body drop this thing another 2.5" Any help would be great. Its an 01 silverado by the way and 10" rims.

a buddy of mine has the 275/25/24 tires on his 94 silverado and he drives it all the time, but if your gonna go wit billet wheels i wouldnt go with that tire , i have a 02 silverado that i bdrpd to the doors and im running the 24s wit 275/30/24 i feel more safe driving with that tire

Mine is an 01 and im takin it .5" from the door. They are chrome rims. It would be alot more work to get a 30 series to fit. If i should do it i would rather make it fit now rather then after i put it all back together and paint it. Just thought i'd get some input.
