well i have a eksensive 2 link on my s-10 with a pan hardbar. my question is can i just take off my pan hardbar and just run two link bars triangulated? and my 2 link bults to my rearend! and i am not trying to go side to side. i just want to know if it will go up and down right!

Your lower bars would need pivot points at the axle instead of bolted soild to it

yeah like mazstang said.

without pivots at the axle on the lower bars, if you just added top bars the axle would not move up and down at all, it would be stuck, bound more accurately.

its really not that big of deal if you can weld on a couple tabs (i hope you do if you can do the uppers)
but if your bags are mounted off the side of the link bar you WILL twist the bars and it wont work.
if your baged on the axle it shouldnt be a problem ...

i am just going to make them pivot on the rear and weld on the "4-Link Weld on Bar Ends" that ssd sells and get two link bars from them to. i was just going to try to get off easy, but that never happens. thanks guy!
