How/ where do you get this bumper combo? I want to add it to my truck.

I don't know if anyone makes it anymore, but those used to be from FBI. That's a 92-95 4Runner bumper with a 89-91 2wd valance that's been cut out to match the lines. The insert is a 92-95 4wd billet bumper grille (we used to get them from Trenz, but Precision would work, too) that has been cut to clear the bumper lights.
Once everything is cut out, the bumper and valance were sent out for rechroming, which is why we don't make them anymore... California is a killer for chroming!!
I think I still have a few of these valances back in the shop in raw steel- if someone wants to try building one themselves, give me a call and I'll pretty much give them away...

It is a stock 4 runner bumper you can get them from the ad in the minitruckin mags with brackets can't remeber who it is but there is like 3 pages of bumper in every mag.

I have one but I'll take another.....

Is that a 2wd valance I thought it just had the billet insert?

The 4Runner bumper only had a plastic valance, so if you wanted the all-chrome look this was the way to go...

You could always run a 2 or 4wd bumper package instead and save a bunch of money, but the 4runner fits WAY better on a Mazda.

yeah...I had both the 2wd and then 4wd on my truck and really didn't like them. Are the combo brackets the same? Do you still make those? I think this is the best look yet. Unfortunately, I found out too late?

The brackets are different, but we still carry them.
As for being too late, I think the stock 4Runner bumper still looks great on a Mazda- even with the plastic valance.
And later, if you want to spend the time/ money to build one like the picture above, you can always get a valance and cut it up! The modifications aren't very difficult- those valances are made of 22 gauge steel, so you can cut and shape them pretty easily.

mine is just a 4 runner bumper and valance

Yeah...thats what I wound up with, but I still like the all chrome look. I am also still trying to find a billet grill for the stock valance. It seems like everyone who produced them has discontinued them.
