Bag placement on the rear of a tow pig.

Im gonna be using a 2 link with panhard on my 97 F/S Chevy the 2 link is out of a '72 Chevy. My question is where exactly is the best place to put my bags for trailering. On the axle or can i mount them on my bars. THANX

The stock early trailing arm suspension has a perfect place to put a big sleeve style bag, so use it. It was designed to do exactly that (with a steel spring anyways.) Any of the 140-95 sleeve bags or bigger will work for towing. You need to decide how much tongue weight it needs to carry and how nice you want it to ride without a trailer. Towing is an interesting compromise...
