S10 wont stay running

I just put my truck back together after 2 years of being down and I cant get it to start. It cranks up and then dies after like 2 seconds. Any ideas what to check or to what is wrong with it. Thanks

is it getting enough fuel?

I pretty sure it is but i did lengthen the lines to move the tank to the back of the frame.

change your fuel filter. Mine did the same thing after it was down for a year and a half. had no problems for a week, then just would'nt start. would turn over, start, then die. after sitting for so long, the fuel in your filter is turpentine. change the filter, guaranteed it'll run (unless you forgot to hook up any grounds, lol)

plug your air bag ecu back up. I forgot to put mine back in, it took me about 2 days tofigure it out.

Fuel filter, grounds, and if the gas in the tank is 2 years old, you may want to drain it out, and add some fresh. Mine has a full tank of 2.5 year old gas, and it runs, but keeps stalling out, if I feather the gas, it runs, but stalls at Idle, I added a bottle of octane booster and that helped for a bit, but, I definately need to drain as much as possible and add new.
