im thinkin of doin a 4 runner front end. Does every one just buy the complete kit or is it possiable to peice it together. Are the parts differnt in the kit or Just a way to make more money to sell it as a kit and make another mini trucker in the negatives.

Here's a parts list for you to work off of:

L&R Headlights
L&R Corner Lights
Grille
Bumper
Valance
L&R Bumper Lights
Conversion Brackets
**OPTIONAL** Radiator Support

The year span you're shopping for is 1992-1995. We don't sell it as a kit, but we have all of the pieces available separately for a killer price.
Like Kelly mentioned above, the rad support is expensive and a pain to change out, so if yours is in good shape it can be modified to take the new headlights.
Oh, almost forgot to mention headlight wiring! You'll need to pick up a pair of 9004 headlight plugs (most auto parts stores carry them)- easy swap, because the new plugs have three wires just like your existing plugs.
Good luck with the swap!
