If I machine some bushings out of Delrin, Do I need to use a crush sleeve like with a polyurethane bushing? And i was lookin at this site that deals with Delrin, and there's a few differnt kinds. What kind should I use?

no, you dont need the crush sleeves.

i bought the delrin for my bushings on ebay, 2 feet for 7$

couldnt pass it up.

are you planning on building something like a roadracer or drag car?

You do need the inner sleeve! or at least something to tighten down on. You cannot apply the proper amount of torque to the bolt without an inner sleeve.

cris has a point. Delrin should be used carefully. Because it does not flex much, your bars will "see" a lot more of the stress from twisting and flexing that the eurethan would typically absorb. Delrin is best used in places that only pivot along it's intended axis, for example an inner pivot of an a-arm.

I was going to use it on some parts for my cantilever set-up im starting to build. I was going to make some c-arm bushings out of it too. I've heard about it and i really wanted to mess around with it.

Ive replaced my bushings with every quad ive owned with a delrin bushing upgrade,
The kits sold by all the mfgs never include inner crush sleves, but they only get torqd down to 30ftlbs.

im not using inner crush sleves on my cantilever setup, but im only using delrin in place of my fixed axes on my cantilever setup.

its easy shit to machine, have fun with it.

I work with this stuff at my second job its really easy to machine for sure. We made bushings for my buddies 4-link on his dodge ram.

I really appreciate it guys. I also saw that it came in a few different colors, do the different colors mean that each has a different composition?
