i got some 17 inch escalade wheels im going to put on my 88 d50 i allready lowered it 4 inches in the back and cut springs in front. its not too low. what tire size should i run?

When I had 17's I ran 205 /40 series

its really depends on the width of the wheel and what size side wall your looking for im running 205/40's on my 17x 7's now but ive seen 215/40's streached across an 8.5" wheel just personal preferance

Well personally if its just lowered and not bagged I would reccomend running a meatier tire. For two reasons, to take up wheel well space and for ride quallity. Alot of guys with bagged rides usually run your typical 205/40 series so I would go a couple sizes up and I think you will be happy.

i have 215/45 on my eskies on the isuzu. if you want lower profile do a 215/40. the eskies are 7.5" wide, the 205s will be slightly stretched, whereas the 215s will sit straight up.

i have 17's on my nissan.. not your wheels, but 17x7's.. i got 215/40's.. i love em.
