Ive got mine set up for 24s layin body.I still have to do the narrowing on the axle though.Youve got to make a choice whether you want the door functional or not.If you are gonna make it lay body on 20's youve gotta either cut out the track or narrow the axle or both.I simply removed the track and shaved the gap on the outside because it looks cleaner anyways. And also I couldnt care less about passengers in the rear.Thats where stereo equipment will probably go anyways. Also I think with big wheels and the track the offset will look funny as well.

The front of the astro was already bagged when i got but even with bags it wont go any lower then 6" off the ground..It looks as if they welded the bolt on flat plate to the top of the lower control arm, what are my other options as far as bottom bag mount, I was thinking of cutting the plate off and welding in a plate to bolt the bottom of bag to in the very bottom of the cup on the control arm, that should give me a few more inches..... let me know if that wont work..

I bought a high offset front wheel drive rim had the centerd board. its clearing the rear but i now have a issue in the front..
I had to run a 1" wheel adapter to clear the wheel bearing cap, i had to push the wheel out far enough to use the center caps on the wheels the wheels are 20x8s

Can you run an IRS in the rear to get some negative camber on the wheels to clear the door track? Just making a suggestion, I dont have an Astro, but was thinking about getting one instead of my wagon at one time. And was curious about running 20s in the rear.

I have the rear all figured out, I am runnin a set of 20x8 for a front wheel drive car with a +40 off set. order them as a blank wheel and had them board and drilled to fit chevy 5 lug. also had to cut the inner metal of the door trac but they clear so im happy with the rear. its the front that now have an issue with. somthing is stopping the control arms from moving up (like its binding) not sure what it is but ive takin a short break from for like a week or so.. i dont wanna get burnt out befor im done

on the astro i laid out on 22s all around the actual control arm needed to be clearance because it hit the subframe and stopped it from layn out. just look where the lower meets the frame by the bushing i bet its bottoming out there

hey bro we did an astro on 22's and all we had to do was notch the lower control arms where they were hitting the frame "or unibody" it was fairly simple and it laid pinch i will try to get pics
