so triangulating the upper bars in a fashion like a suicide doors fourlink with the ends facing straight to the axle and the other end straight to the crossmember, with the bar welded at an angle. is there any advantage than the traditional way with the ends being straight with the bars? also my upper bar ends are screw in adjustable type that are threaded into 1" tubing(not very beefy) i was thinking of mounting the ends straight, but cutting them off at an inch or two and welding in the triangulated bar between the ends which will give it a really good angle. do you think that will be strong enough with all the flexing of side articulation, or what will factor in on causing it to fail?

It's really kinda like the ol' saying "6 of one and half a dozen of the other" With the eurethane at an angle, there is some binding, but if travel is kept realistic, then there isn't any issues.

As for attaching the threaded bung properly, just run the bar as close to the bushing (on the bung) as possible and you shouldn't have any issues
