what magazines are available?

If you build a minitruck or suv there are so many magazines out there to possibly get in. Truckin', MiniTruckin', StreetTrucks, SportTruck, Trucks, Truck Builder, Tailgate, etc... If you build a car then what magazines are there? When I say car I'm meaning like an altima or an accord not a hot rod. And I'm asking about publicated magazines not online mags or videos. Just seems like the car builders have a huge disadvantage when it comes to getting their dreams of being featured come true.

I have seen people talk about grinder on this site, but I have yet to see it. Where can you find this mag? Barnes and Noble, Books A Million, etc.... are all in my town, but none of them have it.

You can try Import Tuner Mag, Eurotuner Mag, and HCI(Hot Compact and Imports).

Oh yea and Modified Mag

Turbo, Honda Tuning, Pas,..... there alot more car mags then truck mags.

Not to sound dumb, but it says grinder is the only custom car magazine, but it looks like there are also trucks. Do they just feature both?

It used to cover the whole range of vehicles but went after the cars after some reorganization. There are no true magazines other then grinder that cover custom cars. The import mags mentioned are geared more to racer style vehicles. Plus they only cover imports. No fullsize cars etc.

I hear that on the car mags. AN'T THAT ABOUT A BITCH? I feel ya on the car issue. I have a 91 olds wagon (full size car and then some).

Grinder seems to be the only one that really does custom cars in the mini truckin scene.
