Ok, i found out that the front end on my burban is from a 91 GMC jimmy (k5 blazer). I've checked ebay and googled the shit out of it and can't find headlight bulbs for this bitch!! I've found a couple of headlight assembly's for sale, but none of them come with bulbs, and i can't find them in any bulb application guide. Someone please help!! I have a headlight out and everytime i go out, i see 4 or 5 cops just waiting to bust my ass!! So only daylight driving for now.

trying got to a parts store and ask them for a 91 jimmy. but i think u have to replace the whole thing not just the bulb.

thanks, guys. stupid ass sealed beam headlights, lol. stan, i checked that link, and it looks like those are the square headlights that would have come stock on the 87 burban. I will check with an auto parts store, though, thanks for the help.

alot of them model lights look the same man. they are a different sizes. i put in for a 91 man. it wouldnt no problem helping u man. hope everything works out for u. i know my head lights will fit the fullsized 1500 with the square headlights.

ok, if i upgrded to a 88-94 fullsize chevy 1500 (i think the top lights are the same length as the bottom marker lights), will it just bolt in or will i have to change the rad support somehow? I know they take the regular bulbs, and i'm going to a phantom grill anyway.

my dad changed his 84 silverado cap to that style but he used an 88 suburban, they look the same but with the chevy bar in the middle of course, im pretty sure it was a simple bolt on, but its almost 4 in the morning so i cant ask

i think u are right that the headlights are the same as the marker rights. shouldnt be to hard to change it man. u just might have to change what holds the lights in. it has a 91 front end on it right. the long lirhgts are are just like 2 of urs molded together i think. good luck though man. it looks good though. shoudlnt be to hard to fine that front end either. back in 91 the jimmy was a fullsize suv. hope this helps man.

yeah, it does. thanks, stan and eddie. I'm at work so i'm out of town, so i can't go out in the driveway and look at it, but i'm pretty sure i'm going to have to get the pigtails from the donor rig (88-94 c/k) and splice them into the wiring from the suburban. Damn, i wish it had more done to it, i was almost done with the s10 then i go buy this damn thing that i kinda have to start all over with, lol. I wanted something pretty much done, and this had the hard stuff done, but i still have a long, long, LONG way to go before i get it like i want it.

sorry stan, i just realized what you meant. I'm not replacing the whole front end, just the side by side lights on top with the long (but same length) one piece upper headlight from the c/k. I'm wanting to do a phantom grill, and it looks like the headlights are recessed enough where i just pop out the grill and headlight doors and the grill should mount flush with the body and still go over the headlights.
