I have a 4 wheel drive 98 gator with stock air ride on 24's, I want to bag it just so it sits on the rims and still has the 4 wheel drive in working order, everywhere I look, I keep hearing I can't do that because it puts stress on the 4by components, any suggestions would help.

There was one in, I believe Truckin back probably 5 years ago now. Layed out the running boards or damn close to it, with all wheel drive. I'm guessing it could be done with 4x4?

Was either a navi or escalade, and hell it could have been 4 wheel drive. I know it wasn't 2wd.

It can be done, but it will take a lot of fabrication work. I believe the 98 gator still uses torsion bars, so those would need to be removed which will take away some of the front end support
