My new "why airlift suck" thread.

Ill keep it simple since I'm so pissed off right now and sending this from my sidekick . Long story short, we jacked the truck up to put the front shocks back on and the fuckin bag and shit clamp airlift uses seperated...

you can't have any "reverse pull" as i call it on the airlift or they will separate easily.....gotta keep the wheel on the ground as they can't hold up enough to support the hanging wheel/assembly....especially with pressurer to them...I have learned the hard way too....contact airlift and i am sure they will take care of you...they did me twice...

so you are telling me that an airbag cant handle pressure... sounds like a quality product to me...

... who gives a shit if they will "take care of me"... taking care of me would be been to make something that wasnt a POS.

sorry to hear it john best bet is to get new ones sell em on ebay and buy some slams...airlifts have always been that way the ring design is garbage

what i was meaning is that they know they have problems and you can get a new one and do whatever with it...i got 4 new ones and sold em and bought slams....i am not defending their product nor would I use them anymore...just thought i would share what not to do with them

I agree with john zigler I've had stones up front for about 5 years now and no problems. Had airlifts in the rear for the same amount of time and had to replaced them before driving to scr8fest because of the rings going through the rubber. Got slams now in the rear, problem solved

damn, had the same problem myself. I was just setting up my front and rear setups and had two blow apart on me. guess I need to call them too...peices of shit!! Didnt airlift redesign their bags recently?

yep...different bag...same problem

their new "Dominator" bags should not have that problem.

send yours back to get those bags. corey will take care of it im sure.
