looks like 88-98 chevy flares to me....
or older model(95is) ford stepside flares

I think its factory, I coulda sworn I've seen 1 or 2 with that stepside bed.

i dont know for sure but im gonna say yes based on the bedsides bodyline work, the tailgate lines up perfect, and its just really clean if they fabbed it but on that truck, why, also the sport runner tag, but i could be totally wrong.

but i would think that if it was factory they would of hidden the cab vent?
plus i work at a toyota dealership and looked through the parts catalog and dont see a bed like that anywhere
