I heard drop spindles push your wheels out like 1/4 of an inch. I don't want bad wear on my tires. So if i bag my truck on 18s would you guys recommend me using them or not?

You can lay on a smallish 18 without drop spindles relatively easy.

flip your ball joints and u can lay with 18" wheels.

If you want to run a bigger wheel, you will want to do a 5 lug conversion and u can run a dropped toyota spindle.

You can kinda see lower ball joint on this airbag howto for mazda trucks. Next time I do one i'll make a better tech article on just that.

This is what it looks like flipped.

Laying on a 24.75" tall tire. The tire rod is pretty much maxed out right there.
