I just thought I would help spread the word for these guys. Comedy Central has basically cancelled this show after 10 episodes. Personally I think its one of the funniest shows around and it wasn't really given a fair chance with a Sunday at Midnight time slot.
The guys from ABS are doing their best to try to save the show. If you are a fan, or if you have never seen the show, they are encouraging downloads from iTunes (although somewhat less 'legit' copies are around for download as well)
Anyways check them out at
www.myspace.com/saveamericanbodyshop.
They are encouraging fans to call comedy central to voice their opinions,
*Call Comedy Central/SpikeTV:
(212)767-8600 NY
(310)407-4700 CA
You can also visit
http://www.heynielsen.com/view/american-body-shop/ Creating an account takes like 5 minutes and you can give them some positive feedback on the show.
Basically comedy central needs to know that there is interest in this show. With a second chance in a new time slot it would be a success. Compared to some of the other shit Comedy Central runs, ABS is solid gold.
Anyways I told the guys at ABS that I would help spread the word on automotive sites, so if you can find a few minutes to help out, do it!
Thanks!
