I would drop in a new motor. get that out of the way.. Supra motor ever crossed your mind?? Get the body work done with it off the frame. My advice is drop the motor in first if you can

MY MOTOR ONLY HAS 7000 MILES ON IT AND PAINTED, AND ALSO HAVE TO SHAVE THE FIREWALL AND FINISH THE TUBS, SO DROP THE MOTOR TRANNY AND DIVELINE IN WITH THE CAB OFF THE TRUCK?

yes drop all that in before to set the cab on. It will make your life alot easier

probably should have waiting to have EVERYTHING done before painting it.... atleast thats what im doing. Id say cut the well tubs and firewall enough to get the cab on then throw the tubs and everything in just with a few tacks take cab back off and finish off the frame, paint put on runs lines reassemble yada yada
