baggin an 04?

anyone bagged the front of an 04 f150? (new style) is the front the same as the mdel before? What sort of setup does it use? cups? or weld on mounts? Any help would be great

i have an o6' and i can tell u thats its diff. from the previous models, the newer models use a coilover strut setup, as far as baggin it i cant really help u there, i too would like to know how ppl are doin it

it is different from the 97-03 models, ART has shockwaves to replace the factory struts. i have seen some use cups. Belltech makes a 2" drop spindle now for the 04 and up F150s.

i used ART shockwaves with DJM lower arms, and Total caotic heavy duty upper arms.i had 22s also if that helps you out any.

Thanks, I am wanting to run 22's but don't need it to lay out or anything crazy ( the mazda is for that), so shockwaves are the easiest way to go then ?

i have a 04 and a 98 f-150 and they are totally different i want to bag the 04 but i want it to lay frame but i still need to be able to tow my bagged 98 buck fitty

I am using devious front brackets up front and made my own 2 link out back and it layed out good

Here's some pics of how I did my 07. I had the ART kit on there but wanted to see how it would do with something different. I bolted a braket I made to the lower arm. No strenght integrity was lost in this process. And I also just welded in a cup up top. With the exception of cutting off the top, they both can be taken off to return the truck to stock or to the ART setup. I lost my sway bar doing it this way but it stil rides just fine. I would HIGHLY suggest check valves for the front either way you do it. AND also if your interested I have a BRAND NEW set of shockwaves sitting in the box for ART that I'd be willing to sell for $600 shipped.

Bump any one have anything to update to this that might be helpful?
