So I'm in the middle of buying parts, but what size 3/8 or 1/2? its for a 2000 Ford ranger x-cab XLT

3/8 valves w/ 1/2 air line.

it would be easier if u specified what you was looking for. if its valves id go with 1/2 i like mine, but sometimes they are a little touchy

i have 1/2 valves and 3/8 lines on the yota and it goes up and down fast enough.

1/2.......u still have the option of putting slowdowns, if u get 3/8 u might not the speed

i am doing 3/8 dump valves the rest is 1/2

i'm runnin all 1/2 thruout the whole truck and i had to put reducers on my dumps there way to fast!!!

It all depends on how fast you want to go. I have 1/2" all the way around and sometimes I think its to much however when I body drop the truck I will swap to 3/8" dump valves. I will keep the 1/2" valves to lift the truck because I like the speed.

Go 1/2 U can always get reducers after the fact.
