so i just came up on a front bumper off of a 93 toyota and when i put it on it has a gap of about 3-4 inches in the front near the grill but it lines up with the fender curve does everyone cut the bumper on the sides and shorten it to fit or slide it back and hang it over into the wheel well area?

im pretty sure by bumper is from a 93, not 100 though but looking through other pics they all look like they line up any help would be great

they all have that gap you have to make a filler panel for it. you could shorten it on the sides but you will have to section out the brackets also

I think the Toyota bumper is wider than the HB fenders. So you can see the inside of the bumper on the outside of the fender. At least the ones I've seen.

the gap is between the grill and the bumper (very front of truck) about 3-4 inches. There is no gap between front of the fender. where the bumper comes around the side it is actually touching the paint on my fender. but my wheel well/fender line lines up with the bumper. see pic above of the black ford the gold paint on front fender lines up with the body line of the bumper "i will try to put some pics if i can figure out how" lol

you need to cut your fenders on teh sides

yea im gonna cut the fenders more, i cut about 5 inches off of the fenders so it would fit. i didnt want to cut it untill i got the bumper where i wanted it
