How to ditch ABS on 97 fullsize

I am in the process of building a '97 1/2 ton crew cab and i have already got rid of the abs on the truck. My question is how to hook up the brakes after that. I have a hydraboost setup but how do I connect that to lines off of a 90-93 model? they have a black box thing that controls the perportioning valve block on the booster.. any help will be appreciated.

Nobody on here knows? I surely figured somebody had ditched their abs. I guess i was wrong. I think i might have figured it out though. I think i can take the porportion valve block off of a 80ish model truck and it should work. it only has a brake wire and not the big black box thing with lots of wires. hopefully it will work.
