Whats up guys new to the site, which is awesome by the way, well im going to be bagging my c3500, and I was thinkin of doing an oasis. I want a bunch of play time and I want to be able to fill my tanks quick (2 7 ga.). Im not concernd about the amp draw, have plenty of batts, and a 200 amp alt. So I guess what Im asking is it really worth it??? I have had Viar b4 love them but just slow. So any input of suggestions would be awesome thanks guys.

ive got a 9 gal. tank on my toyota, my xd2000 fill it from 0 -165 in roughly 1m30s which aint bad.. i think its worth it, plus its quieter than most other compressors out

I wouldn't say it's quieter! It's louder for sure. I've got the xd2000 with 2-5 gallon tanks and it is fast. I rather listen to my oasis for 1-2 minutes to fill both tanks than 5-10 minutes for an air-zenith or viair comps. If you get the xd3000, it has an ounce of oil blow by every 50 hours instead of every hour. I would get a coalescing filter, so you don't get any oil in your valves. But if you have Parker valves then the oil isn't any problem. Make sure your leader hose is at least 3' long also.

i had a viair 450 with a 12 gallon tank that took 17 min. to fill, now my oasis takes 2 min.
