How do I change the door glass on a 96 S10?

I want to put new door glass in my 96 Sonoma and I need someone who knows how to remove the old glass to help me out. I've looked at it and there are no bolts or any clips that hold the glass into the track. It looks like it may be glued in or even pressed in. I've reinforced the doors for the suicide doors so I don't really want to take it to a glass shop. I may need to cut some of the reinforement out to get to something and I don't want some hack at the glass shop cutting on my truck. Thanks guys!

First youll need to take the track out, theres 4 10mm bolts on the inner door skin do do that. Once the bolts are out you grab the track and pull it straight down towards the bottom of the door, then swing it towards the middle and out one of the holes in the skin. You may need to cut out some of your reinforcing plates. The rear one will come out first, the front one is attached to the entire window seal so youll want to pull that all out first. Once theyre out youll have to turn the window regulator up and down until you can remove the window from the little roller wheels one at a time.
