ok here is my dilema i sold my truck to a guy from denver colorado, im from new mexico. he still owes me 1000 (because when we met up half way i forgot the title...he has it now) anyways he is reluctant to pay me cause he cant get it registered in colorado due to the truck haveing a salvage title or something like that and the dealership that sold it to me doesnt keep records that far back. and since they replaced the door it dont have the original VIN. so whats the deal with colorado law. colorado
