cutting the glass isnt too difficult. make sure the glass is supported on a stand of some sort that holds the windshield from top to bottom of windshield, ive seen windhields break under their own weight, dont support it from pass side the driver side. mark with a sharpie ur cut then do all straight cuts(helps to have glass breaking pliers). when ur ready for the radius cuts get the curve as close as u can then using a DA u can sand the radius smoother. catch is u need to keep the sandpaper wet to keep the glass cool. too hot and it'll shatter(duh).doesnt have to be perfect just close enough that the gasket still has a good fit. if u take ur time u can do it on the first shot. u have to get the initial cut close cause if u leave too much its very hard to trim a little at a time, u could sand it but would take a long time. the shop i worked at had a tall ass belt sander that ran through a water trough. good luck man. chop looks incredible on that truck(one of my favorite models) have fun!
