I have a few questions before i send off the 94 yota for a 3 1/2 - 4" stock floor BD...1) will i have to cut fenders with 17's? 18's?2) can i keep stock hood or will engine come thru the hood?3)..what do i need to do to my exhaust (just shorten it and rap it around so it shoots out by my rear wheel (id like to keep my muffler so its quiet)

why would you do a 4" bd? goin into the rocker?

1)what the hell do you mean cut the fenders.....? if you mean the inner wheel well, then yes of course.2)depends with extra work you can keep the stock hood. 3)yes shorten the exhaust and put a muffler on it, thats all. kinda tight under the truck.

WOW YOU ARE SENDING IT OUT TO GET DONE SOMEWHERE? WISH I HAD THAT KIND OF MONEY... DO IT YOUR SELF AND GET THE EXPERIENCE AND IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF YOU WILL APPRECIATE YOUR RIDE A LIL MORE.

CUSTOMS SHOULD BE BUILT AND NOT BOUGHT..

Dude if you dont have the skills, tools, or want to build this truck in your garage then dont.

I think your making a good decision to take it to a shop! So with that in mind i would just think about these thing so you know what your asking for when you talk to a shop about estimates and whatnot.

Do you want them to put wheel tubs in for you in the front? If so deff dont do any cutting yourself cuz you will probably take out more then you need and make more work later down the road. If you dont want tubs, thats fine too, only minimal triming is needed to lay on the 17s which they can do for you.

It wont be a problem for them to put a muffler on your truck, just think about where you want it to come out and let them know.. if they for some reason dont want to do your exhaust then any muffler shop worth its cents can run exhaust under your truck after the bd and make it work.

If you want a stock hood that will not be a problem, just let them know, and they can figure it in. like Dave said it will take more work but is totaly possible with your size BD.

So just think over your options and check out the work the shop has done before, and if you can talk to some of their customers to see how they liked dealing with them,

Good luck man!
