A BUDDY OF MINE USED STOCK NISSAN TITAN REARDOOR HINGES FOR HIS MIGHTYMAX.THEY SWUNG ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE BED.

stock hinge is the way to go. you have to cut out your rear door jamb and rebuild it to match your front jamb. i use 1/4 plate to make the hinge mount in the jamb. then cut out the end of the door and replace with 1/4 plate. reinforce all new jamb and door sections. just make the rear of the door have the same measurements as the stock location. this is probably hard to understand but hey its easy to figure out. next time i do one i will take step by step pictures and put together a tech article minitruckin magazine stylethe cutting has begun

I thought I would see more of that once I saw the Titan doors. Those things open so freakin far. Great design on the hinge. I wonder how much a set costs from the factory.

the titan hinge is high $200'S each side but just under $200 for a shop to buy, we used the hinge for a magnum rear door but we had to cut and modify it, really sucked. i look forward to use the hinge on a 2 door, but people dont want to pay the $200 per door for the hinge.the cutting has begun

i used stock hinges on my mazda had to cut out the back jamb plated theinside with 1/4 inch plate then swaped the hinges from one side of the truck to the other just watch how close u set the door towards the back cause the door will swinginside the cab instead on theoutside with a regular suicide hinge hope this helps u

he works at nissan so they warrantyed a set that was squaking while closing. let them sit a while and grabbed them before being scraped by parts.
