In need of a Steering Wheel adapter

I bought a steering wheel from a vendor so I don't know which company makes it. It has a 6 lug pattern and I'm trying to put into a '99 Chevy S-10. I know there are tons of smart mofo's out there. I just need the name of a good company who can sell me an adapter. Thanks for the help.

I did that once......I bought a 6 hole adapter on ebay and it had a 3 hole grant connection on the back of it. Then I bought the grant adapter and bolted it to the truck. It worked out fine.
