Get a smaller booster from an earlier Toyota, move it up and over.

are u talking brakes or clutch? you shouldnt need to move the brake booster/master cylinder unless its crazy low or running the wrong offset wheels...i kept my stock booster layin rocker on 20's...if its the clutch cylinder you can do as you said and put it inside the cab..or move it up on the firewall but then you need to cut into the cowl and then seal it up and make sure it dont mess with ur wiper linkage, or you can recess it into the firewall...

thats sounds doable.

i was talkin about clutch master cylinder

Well, in that case you can move it up, or put it under the dash. Thats about all there is to do.

Yeah the older 4x4 master works good, that is what I used before I swapped to RHD, now it is no where near the tire
