toyota RHD swap

do i have to buy an over seas truck or can i just reverse everything. i was thinking about doing it cuz no one around here has it except a few skylines..

check out my yota, I swapped all the parts from a japanese truck. Obviously the dash and heater are different, the steering box, idler arm and center link are different. And the firewall is different, I cut out my firewall and swapped in the japanese firewall.
