dude just steal a steering box off of something else right side drive. and flip your linkage around.

^ it's more involved than just the obvious. I was going to do mine but ended up going in another direction with the build. I was going to take the box itself and just move it to the other side without flipping it and making a new bracket on the frame in the same location just the other side. Now with the tie rods I almost made it this far but u may have to do some modding to them maybe not. Then I was going to use for the accelerator and brakes was a linkage from an air boat because to can get special lengths and there are already made to go to the other side of the boat much like what your wanting to do.

O yes if you have the cash and its still pretty reasonable is talk to someone at flammingriver.com They will make you a steering rack and pinion to your specs. Just another idea.

i did this on my s10, and it is more difficult than i made it sound before. i used a mail truck steering box, which happen to use the same front suspension has an s10 in some cases, so i used the stock steering linkage and put my idler arm where my steering box was. then i used a flaming river column, column drop and 3 ujoints to get around the headers and 20s. for pedals i used a lokar gas pedal and a kugel components under dash master cylinder mount with the brake pedal and bracket. it cost about a grand in total but theres nothing around my neck of the woods like it. with the extra space of a c10 you might be able to use your stock pedal bracket and just do some fab work and move it to the other side, but im not sure how they mount so im not positive.
