Im oversizing my engine by .30 over what all do I need besides oversized pistons and new rings ? Anybody have a clue what it would sound like after the bore ? Oh its a 2.2 carburated.......Do I need to do stuff to the cam ?

your not really gonne feel any difference in performance. you need pistons and possibly new cam and crank bearings that are oversized also if they redo the crank and journals.

not much difference bro, i had mine bored .020 over, installed a weber, 40 series flowmaster, and a magnaflow cat and really the only difference is less of a headache when something is acting up with the carb. the exhaust sounds good though. it would take a lot of cash to get some power out of these little carbed 4 bangers, but it can be done.

I sure hope you don't go .30 over. Maybe .030. Why though? Are you pulling it for a FULL rebuild, where you HAVE to pull the internals and everything? If not, leave it in and enjoy your truck.
