kinda a weird question.... help with an image

ok, I have an image.. the size is 36inches by 27 inches... (2592x1944)

what I want to do is have it printed on 8x10's.. and then have a big picture made up of the 4x3 picture frames..

well, I got the image and im not sure how to break it down into the 12 seperate images the way they need to be.. If anyone has any pointers about some kind of ruler or anything let me know.. it would be much appreciated..

Well if you are using photoshop you can just go to view -> new guide -> and then enter in the exact dimensions to lay out the guides and then you can use the rect. marque to select the areas if you have the snap to guides selected.Let me know if you need any more help doing it.-rj
