project hell (down time)

i bagged the dime in may of 04, this happened in june of 04:





so it was down from june 04, got it back on the road april of 06 looking like this:





then i started tearing it down in july of 06 to tub for 20's, and now it looks like this:







also, i bought the burb in august, and you guys know what that thing looks like underneath. I was supposed to get it fixed and road worthy this weekend, but the dude got behind, so now the burb won't be road worthy till after christmas sometime. All i got left on the s10 is putting the dash back in, making brackets for fuse box and computer, hooking up the prop valve for the brakes and putting it back together. I feel ya on the project hell. The dime has been bagged since may of 04 and i've got to drive it about 2 1/2 months of the almost 4 years it's been done, lol.

My trucks been down for 2 years now... Been through a traditional section roof chop top, then a hand fabed roof frame with hand made roof skin chop top, then back to a standard height window roadster then to another chop top(you will see), also on my thrid version of a hood, new tail lights, thrid version of a complete sterio. New seats, new steel Dash, new steel interior.

all in all though its comin back together steadily its like 1 step back and 2 forward these days.. Aimin to roll it to a body shop first quarter 08 then Drop Zone here i come

3 years now tore it apart just for a bag job and truns in to a full blown project, oh mine as well put a v8,bd,chop,box'd frame, fully painted frame, etc. it sucks and just getting married dosn't help either...

well... part of my 66 GMC has been at my house for about a year, the rest of it is in my parents back yard, it's been there for about 2 years, and i bought a mazda february of this year and it finally made it's first trip under it's own power last week. but when i bought it the motor was sitting in the bed of another truck. if that tells your anything.

Umm i bought my blazer in 2001 and i still havent drove it lol.

Wouldn't that be 2 years.

ive had this mazda down since i got last october, only drove in 25feet into my carport.

going on 2 years, about to be another 2 here after the new years!

my wagon has been down for over 2 years. I just ordered 2 new CCE pumps and all the material to cover the interior, so come summer it should be driveable.

my camaro has been down for 5 years, but im taking a lone out and that bitch will be done by march of april of next year.
