Escalade conversion on an Astro ?????

I was asked by a buddy of mine if I could do an escalade conversion on his astro, but I dunno how much to charge him, or where to start. LOL I've seen a few pics of it done, but I'm not sure what needs to be done. Any ideas on price, and how to go about the swap would be greatly appreciated.

ive been told to put escalade headlights and a one off grill about 1500 not counting the grill just a sheetmetal shell. however most of the escalade stuff you'd end up using so 1300? dunno.. i know you have to trim the bumper up on the sides a bit. streetcustoms its a lowrider mag, did a how to on this about 2002-03?

Cool, thanks for the info BIGe, I'll look into the magazine how to and see if I can find it. Apparently he's got all the parts for the swap, just needs me to do the grunt work. I really haven't got a lot of experience with this kinda stuff, so I guess you could call me a newb. LOL Thanks again!!

So I can't find the website on google, I guess it doesn't exist anymore. I used to buy street customs all the time. Always nice to read during the cold as* winters up here in canada.LOL Anyone got any other suggestions?
