Max, Im looking at building some control arms for my Mazda and was looking across some pictures of the Tacoma you built for some ideas. My question is how is the heim joint on your control arms connected to the spindle assembly? From the picture it just looks like you have a bolt running through it but I cant quiet tell. I'm sure you already have a million pictures of it but I figured I post the pictures anyways for everone else on here.

Thanks Max, that picture clears alot up. Additionally though, what are you threading your bolt into? Is that lower piece threaded, or the inside of your misalignment spacer??

I think I'll just run a single bolt all the way through with a "castle" nut on the bottom and a cotter pin. Would that be fine as far as strenght/safe?

If you look closely you can see the nut that I welded to the bottom of the spindle.

What you are talking about will work perfectly.
